The VI.CO. Residence offers twelve spacious and bright apartments, tastefully furnished with elegance and featuring panoramic views of the picturesque eighteen-hole golf course. Each living unit includes a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and complete amenities, ensuring every comfort such
as air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and more.
The apartments come equipped with basic kitchenware and bed linens and towels. Cleaning and linen change services are provided biweekly.
Our guests can take advantage of ample private parking with video surveillance, located at the entrance of the Golf Brianza Country Club's Club House.

FROM MILAN
Take the East Bypass (Tangenziale Est) in the North/Lecco direction, and exit at Vimercate Nord. Turn left at the stop sign and then left at the next roundabout towards Usmate Velate. Continue straight until you reach another roundabout, then follow the signs for Golf Brianza.

A4 MOTORWAY MILAN / VENICE
Take the Agrate Brianza exit; stay on the right and, at the first traffic light, head towards Vimercate / Lecco. Once you reach the East Bypass, take the Vimercate Nord exit and follow the directions as indicated in the previous section.

FROM MONZA
Drive past the town center of Arcore, continue straight towards Bellusco – Lecco East Bypass – Usmate Velate Nord for approximately 2 km. Turn right towards Vimercate Velasca – Usmate Via S. Luigi, at the roundabout, turn left and follow the signs for Golf Brianza.
